As part of the academic activities of Rangpur Community Nursing College, an important seminar titled “Nursing Process” was successfully held.

The seminar provided an in-depth discussion on the various stages of the Nursing Process, including:

Assessment

Nursing Diagnosis

Planning

Implementation

Evaluation

Special emphasis was placed on the significance of the Nursing Process in assessing patient needs, developing person-centered care plans, and ensuring high-quality nursing care.

Furthermore, the session highlighted the role of the Nursing Process in evidence-based nursing practice, critical thinking, and effective decision-making—all of which are essential for enhancing the professional skills of the students.

We are highly optimistic that academic events of this nature will play a vital role in enriching our students’ knowledge, clinical skills, and overall professional readiness.
