As part of the academic activities of Rangpur Community Nursing College, an important seminar titled “Nursing Management of Dengue Fever” was held.

The seminar detailed the causes of dengue fever, modes of transmission, signs and symptoms, diagnosis, medical management, and nursing care for dengue patients. Special emphasis was placed on fluid management, close patient monitoring, prevention of complications, and the vital role of nurses in ensuring the patient’s rapid recovery. Additionally, the importance of raising public awareness to prevent dengue and practicing evidence-based nursing was highlighted.

We are hopeful that such academic events will play a crucial role in enhancing students’ knowledge, clinical skills, and professional preparedness.
