18 Oct Scientific Seminar on “OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder)”

As part of the ongoing academic activities of Rangpur Community Nursing College, a scientific seminar on “OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder)” will be held to enhance students’ understanding of this important mental health condition.

Speaker and Presenter: Md. Iqbal Hasan

The seminar will focus on the definition and clinical features of OCD, its common signs and symptoms, possible contributing factors, diagnostic approaches, and available treatment options. The discussion will also highlight the role of nurses in providing compassionate, patient-centered care, promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and supporting individuals living with OCD.

We are hopeful that this academic initiative will play a significant role in enhancing students’ knowledge, clinical skills, and professional preparedness in mental health nursing.
